We value your time and strive to ensure an excellent experience for all our clients. To maintain this standard, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling, as tardiness affects the quality and duration of your treatment.
To secure your appointment, a $25 deposit is required. This deposit must be received within 24 hours of booking, or the appointment will be canceled. Please note that the deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable. However, if we cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so only once and must provide at least 24 hours' notice. In this case, your deposit will be credited toward future services. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
To respect both our providers' and clients' time, we enforce a 24-hour cancellation and no-show policy. Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours or no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit. This policy ensures that we can accommodate other clients in need of services.
